RS33816 / SR125 This legislation approves all temporary and pending of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Idaho Department of Lands, Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the Idaho Department of Water Resources, and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality reviewed by the Senate Resources and Environment Committee with exceptions. This legislation does not include approval of Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation Docket No. 26-0120-2501, Rules Governing the Administration of Park and Recreation Areas and Facilities, Sections 075 and 250, only, or Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Docket No. 58-0111-2501, Ground Water Quality Rule, Sections 003 and 200.01.a, only, which are not approved. The Committee voted to approve pending rule Docket No. 58-0108-2502, Idaho Rules for Public Drinking Water Systems, with an effective date of sine die.

LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE SENATE SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 125 BY JUDICIARY AND RULES COMMITTEE A SENATE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE SENATE AND PROVIDING THAT ALL TEMPORARY AND PEND-2 ING RULES OF THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME, THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT3 OF LANDS, THE IDAHO DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES,4 THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF5 WATER RESOURCES, AND THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY HAVE6 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE SENATE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT COM-7 MITTEE, WITH EXCEPTIONS.8 Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Idaho:9 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees10 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-11 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-12 letin; and13 WHEREAS, the Senate Resources and Environment Committee reviewed tem-14 porary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game,15 the Idaho Department of Lands, the Idaho Division of Occupational and Pro-16 fessional Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the Idaho17 Department of Water Resources, and the Idaho Department of Environmental18 Quality.19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Senate, assembled20 in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legislature, that21 all temporary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of Fish and22 Game, the Idaho Department of Lands, the Idaho Division of Occupational and23 Professional Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the24 Idaho Department of Water Resources, and the Idaho Department of Environ-25 mental Quality, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act and submitted26 through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator to the Legisla-27 ture for review during the 2026 legislative session have been reviewed and28 approved by the Senate Resources and Environment Committee with the excep-29 tion of the following, which were not approved:30 (1) IDAPA 26.01.20, Department of Parks and Recreation, Rules Govern-31 ing the Administration of Park and Recreation Areas and Facilities,32 Docket No. 26-0120-2501, Sections 075. and 250., only; and33 (2) IDAPA 58.01.11, Department of Environmental Quality, Ground Water34 Quality Rule, Docket No. 58-0111-2501, Section 003. and Section 200.,35 Subsection 01.a., only.36 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senate Resources and Environment Com-37 mittee held that the following pending rule docket become effective upon38 sine die of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legisla-39 ture: IDAPA 58.01.08, Department of Environmental Quality, Idaho Rules for40 Public Drinking Water Systems, Docket No. 58-0108-2502.41
