LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE SENATE SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 119 BY JUDICIARY AND RULES COMMITTEE A SENATE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE SENATE AND PROVIDING THAT ALL TEMPORARY AND PEND-2 ING RULES OF THE IDAHO STATE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND THE IDAHO HOP3 GROWERS' COMMISSION HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE SENATE AGRI-4 CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, WITH AN EXCEPTION.5 Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Idaho:6 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees7 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-8 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-9 letin; and10 WHEREAS, the Senate Agricultural Affairs Committee reviewed temporary11 and pending rules adopted by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture and12 the Idaho Hop Growers' Commission.13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Senate, assembled14 in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legislature, that15 all temporary and pending rules adopted by the Idaho State Department of16 Agriculture and the Idaho Hop Growers' Commission, pursuant to the Adminis-17 trative Procedure Act and submitted through the Office of the Administrative18 Rules Coordinator to the Legislature for review during the 2026 legislative19 session have been reviewed and approved by the Senate Agricultural Affairs20 Committee with the exception of IDAPA 02.06.01, Department of Agricul-21 ture, Rules Governing the Production and Distribution of Seed, Docket No.22 02-0601-2501, Section 112., new subsections .01 through .05, only, which23 were not approved.24
