LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 22 BY EDUCATION COMMITTEE A HOUSE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL TEM-2 PORARY AND PENDING RULES OF THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE DIVI-3 SION OF CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY4 THE HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE.5 Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:6 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees7 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-8 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-9 letin; and10 WHEREAS, the House Education Committee reviewed temporary and pending11 rules adopted by the State Board of Education and the Division of Career12 Technical Education.13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Represen-14 tatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho15 Legislature, that all temporary and pending rules adopted by the State Board16 of Education and the Division of Career Technical Education, pursuant to the17 Administrative Procedure Act and submitted through the Office of the Admin-18 istrative Rules Coordinator to the Legislature for review during the 202619 legislative session have been reviewed and approved by the House Education20 Committee.21
