• Scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service for other users (use the public LegiScan API or the Idaho Legislature's feeds instead).
• Misrepresent or alter our data and republish it as your own without attribution.
• Use the site to harass legislators or other public figures.

Legislative data is sourced from LegiScan and the Idaho Legislature. We update frequently but do not guarantee real-time accuracy, completeness, or the absence of errors. For decisions that matter — voting, journalism, legal filings — verify against official records.

Bill summaries, where shown, are paraphrased from official text for readability. The official bill text remains authoritative.

Legislative data, legislator names, photos, and contact information are public records. LegiScan data is provided under the CC BY 4.0 license, which we comply with through visible attribution.

The Tally Idaho name, logo, page designs, original written content, and infrastructure code are owned by Tally Idaho. You may quote and link to our pages freely; please do not copy entire pages or republish our designs.

We display advertisements via Google AdSense to keep the site free. Ads are served by Google based on cookies and browsing activity; see our Privacy Policy for opt-out details.

External links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Tally Idaho is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the data shown is current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from your use of the site.
