LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 25 BY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE A HOUSE RESOLUTION1 STATING FINDINGS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDING THAT ALL2 PENDING RULES OF THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND THE DIVISION OF3 VETERANS SERVICES HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE HOUSE COMMERCE4 AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE.5 Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Idaho:6 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, standing committees7 of the Legislature shall review any temporary or pending rule that is ger-8 mane to its committee and has been published in the Idaho Administrative Bul-9 letin; and10 WHEREAS, the House Commerce and Human Resources Committee reviewed11 pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of Commerce and the Division12 of Veterans Services.13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the House of Repre-14 sentatives, assembled in the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth15 Idaho Legislature, that all pending rules adopted by the Idaho Department of16 Commerce and the Division of Veterans Services, pursuant to the Administra-17 tive Procedure Act and submitted through the Office of the Administrative18 Rules Coordinator to the Legislature for review during the 2026 legislative19 session have been reviewed and approved by the House Commerce and Human Re-20 sources Committee.21
