Relates to the appropriation to the Office of the State Public Defender for fiscal year 2025.

This appropriation provides an additional $32,382,100 to the maintenance appropriation provided to the Office of the State Public Defender found in Senate Bill 1109. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is $32,340,400, and the onetime increase is $41,700. Table 2 shows all the adjustments leading to the FY 2026 Total. The total budget for the Office of the State Public Defender is $83,194,200.
