This appropriation provides an additional $261,400 to the maintenance appropriation provided to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Divisions of Mental Health Services, Psychiatric Hospitalization, and Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention found in Senate Bill 1108. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the divisions found in the bill, all of which are ongoing. Table 2 shows all the adjustments leading to the FY 2026 total appropriation. The total budget for Behavioral Health is $146,143,800. Additionally Table 2 shows the mid-year adjustments to the FY 2025 budget for Mental Health and Psychiatric Hospitalization.
