This appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Divisions of Indirect Support and Licensing and Certification (collectively known as "Other Programs", along with Independent Councils, which do not have enhancements in this bill but are part of the Total FY 2026 budget reflected in Table 2 referenced below) provides enhancements to the FY 2026 maintenance budget that include funding for a SQL server replacement, replacement items, and OITS recommended hardware replacements.

This appropriation provides an additional $4,923,700 to the maintenance appropriation provided to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Divisions of Indirect Support Services found in Senate Bill 1108. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the divisions found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase from FY 2026 Maintenance is $140,400, and $4,783,300 is onetime. Table 2 shows all the adjustments leading to the FY 2026 total appropriation. The total budget for Other Programs is $78,119,800. Additionally Table 2 shows the mid-year adjustments to the FY 2025 budget for Licensing and Certification. The total increase to the FY 2025 budget is $0 and includes transfer limitation exemptions for Licensing and Certification. TABLE 1 FTP Gen Ded Fed Total Indirect Support Services 15.
