This is the enhancement appropriation bill for the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. As detailed in Table 1 of the

This appropriation provides an ongoing net-zero fund transfer between the agency's existing dedicated funds. In the fund shift, the Indirect Cost Recovery Fund appropriation is increased by $37,000, the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund appropriation is increased by $11,300, the Renewable Energy Resources Fund appropriation is reduced by $30,400, and the Petroleum Price Violation Fund appropriation is reduced by $17,900.
