Adds to existing law to establish the Insurance Data Security Act.

States findings of the Legislature and creates a legislative interim study committee to study and make recommendations regarding the expenditure of federal funds received for water infrastructure purposes under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Stating findings of the Legislature and authorizing the Speaker and the Pro Tempore to engage legal counsel to sue the Biden Administration in federal court to have the vaccine mandates invalidated.

Amends existing law to provide that a lien for child support delinquency attaches to certain property and to provide for calculation of a self-employed parent's financial resources for purposes of determining child support.

Relates to the appropriation to the State Tax Commission for fiscal year 2022.

Amends existing law to remove provisions regarding confidentiality of statement, forms, or other information relating to compensation.
