This concurrent resolution authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to engagecounseltosuethefederalgovernment,tohaveafederalcourtdeclarefederalvaccinemandatesunlawful, and to enjoin the mandates and prevent them from having any effect on Idaho employers and employees.
