RS33640 / S1385 This appropriation to the Industrial Commission provides enhancements to the FY 2027 maintenance budget that includes IRIS Maintenance Contract, Annual Seminar/CIWCS, Peace/Detention Officer Disability Fund, and OITS Hardware.

This appropriation provides an additional $440,600 to the maintenance appropriation provided to Economic Development agencies in S1373. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in this bill, of which the ongoing increase is $88,900 and $351,700 is onetime. LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO Sixty-eighth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2026 IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1385 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE AN ACT1 RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION TO THE INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION; APPROPRIATING2 ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027;3 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.4
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:5
