Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding aerial common fireworks.

This legislation provides definitional additions to Section 39-2602, Idaho Code, to include the term "Aerial Common Fireworks." Additionally, it amends Sections 39-2604, 39-2605, 39-2607 and 39-2608 to allow for the sale and use of aerial common fireworks as defined by the addition.
