STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation provides definitional additions to Section 39-2602, Idaho Code, to include the term "Aerial Common Fireworks." Additionally, it amends Sections 39-2604, 39-2605, 39-2607 and 39-2608 to allow for the sale and use of aerial common fireworks as defined by the addition.

This legislation has no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments as it does not require additional funding from the State and only provides definitional changes.
