Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Behavioral Health Services Division for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

This appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Divisions of Mental Health Services, Psychiatric Hospitalization, and Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention (collectively known as Behavioral Health) provides enhancements to the FY 2026 maintenance budget that include appropriations for Idaho Behavioral Health Plan grant increases (line 14), population forecast adjustments, fund shifts at State Hospital West (Governor's Initiative), and fund adjustments for Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention (line 23).
