Adds to existing law to prohibit employers from requiring that employees be vaccinated.
This legislation ensures the individual rights of employees to not be discriminated against in the work force because of their medical status or their vaccination status. It also further strengthens the HIPAA laws that are already in place.
Adds to existing law provide for the adoption of the content standards prepared by the 2020-2021 content standards review committees.
Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding school-required actons to prevent the spread of infectious disease.
