Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Agriculture and the Soil and Water Conservation Commission for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

This appropriation provides an additional $2,877,400 to the maintenance appropriation provided to economic development agencies in Senate Bill 1109. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the FY 2026 budgets found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is 1,731,200 and 1,146,200 is onetime. Table 2 shows all adjustments leading to the FY 2026 Total Appropriation. The total budget for the Department of Agriculture is $56,003,600 and the total budget for the Soil and Water Conservation Commission is $5,180,200.
