This legislation should have a minimal effect on the State's General Fund and dedicated funds, as it does not increase or decrease revenues. The only quantifiable costs associated with this legislation would be related to those generated by printing and disseminating the resulting changes to Idaho Code. The State may realize an increase in costs driven by enforcement of the changes to Idaho Code, but these costs are strictly potential in nature and cannot be quantified because of the predictive nature of any attempt to do so.
