Relates to the appropriation to the Idaho State Historical Society State Treasurer for fiscal year 2025.

For FY 2025, this bill reduces the appropriation of the Idaho State Historical Society by $821,200 from the General Fund, provides for a cash transfer of $821,200 from the General Fund to the America250 Commemoration Fund for the State Treasurer. It also increases the appropriation of the State Treasurer by $821,200 from the America250 Commemoration Fund. All unused and unencumbered funds up to $821,200 from the America250 Commemoration Fund are also authorized to be reappropriated into FY 2026.
