This appropriation provides an additional $35,000 to the maintenance appropriation provided in House Bill 341. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in the bill, which is entirely ongoing. Table 2 shows the adjustments leading to the FY 2026 Total Appropriation. The total budget for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for FY 2026 is $26,980,700. This bill also provides $4,400,000 onetime from the General Fund as a supplemental appropriation for FY 2025. This includes $2,700,000 for a federal grant match to allow the state to access the $10,000,000 in non-cognizable federal funds approved by the Governor and $1,700,000 for client services that have already been provided, that the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) has deemed ineligible for reimbursement, or are anticipated to be ineligible for federal reimbursement.
