This appropriation provides $122,861,900 onetime for public works projects, including capital construction and maintenance, repairs, and alterations of state-owned buildings. The appropriation provides $42,085,000 for six capital projects and $12,568,100 for statewide deferred maintenance. Replacement items totaling $68,208,800 provide funding to maintain and improve existing facilities. This includes $25,156,000 for alterations and repairs, $37,803,000 for maintenance projects, $3,249,800 for Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, and $2,000,000 for facilities maintenance of the Capitol Mall and Chinden Campus.
