Relates to the appropriation to the State Appellate Public Defender for fiscal year 2026.

This appropriation provides an additional $139,800 to the maintenance appropriation provided to the State Appellate Public Defender found in Senate Bill 1109. Table 1 shows incremental adjustments to the budget found in the bill, of which the ongoing increase is $134,000, and the onetime increase is $5,800.
