Amends existing law to require licensing to store and handle wine as a bonded wine warehouse and to provide requirements for bonded wine warehouses.
This Legislation authorizes third-party businesses "Bonded Wine Warehouses" to be established in Idaho for the sole purpose of storing and handling wines produced by vintners and wineries.
