Amends existing law to provide that the State Board of Education may appoint executive staff.

ThelegislationwillallowtheStateBoardofEducationtorestructurethestaffoftheStateBoardofEducation to support implementation of the Higher Education Task Force recommendations. Additional positions will still require approval by the Idaho Legislature.
