TheproposedlegislativechangeswillrepealIdahoCode19-867through19-872andincorporatesthosestatutes into a NEW CHAPTER designated as Chapter 59, Title 19, Idaho Code. There are no substantive changes to the Idaho State Appellate Public Defender's structure and statutory authority.
