Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for standards of time for Idaho.

ThisbillkeepstheportionofthestateintheMountainTimeZonealwaysonMountainStandardTime. Itallows the portion of the state in the Pacific Time Zone to continue to observe standard time and daylight savings time.
