Amends existing law to revise the quorum requirements for meetings of school district boards of trustees.
This legislation amends section 33-510 to change the quorum requirement for school boards. Currently, a quorum is defined as a majority of the members of a school board, and this legislation changes the quorum to a majority of the filled seats on a school board.
