States findings of the Legislature and rejects certain rules of the Department of Administration relating to Rules of the Division of Purchasing.

This concurrent resolution rejects the following portions of the following administrative rules upon the findings of fact that the rules are not consistent with legislative intent and exceed the scope of authority granted by the Idaho Procurement Act: IDAPA 38.05.01, Rules of the Department of Administration, Rules of the Division of Purchasing, Section 011., Subsections 05., 14., 17., and 18.; Section 051., Subsections 02. and 04.; Section 070.; Section 084., Subsection 01.a.; and Section 094.

States findings of the Legislature and rejects and does not approve pending rules of the Department of Juvenile Corrections reviewed by the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee and the Senate Judiciary and Rules Committee.
