Amends existing law to revise the definition of "person."
This act will clarify the existing definition of a "person" in Section 23-902(12), Idaho Code and other sections in Idaho Code, Title 23, Chapter 9, to reflect a current definition of the word "person" containedintheUniformCommercialCode, whichisacceptedinallstatesandhasbeenthoroughly vetted through legal casework.
