Adds to existing law to prohibit discrimination against certain persons on the basis of their vaccination status and to prohibit state contracts with companies that engage in such discrimination.
This legislation would add a new chapter to Title 44 specifying that employers or companies that contract with the state of Idaho shall not discriminate against unvaccinated persons.
