Adds to existing law to provide certain immunity from civil and criminal liability for a person rendering certain aid to a pet in a vehicle.
To provide immunity from civil liability and criminal prosecution for persons rendering certain aid to a pet in a motor vehicle who have a good faith belief is in imminent danger of suffering death or serious bodily harm.
