Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding human personhood.

This legislation serves to enshrine the inherent personhood and rights of preborn children within our state, provide definitions for key terms, and require that the laws of this state and its political subdivisions be interpreted in light of the personhood of preborn children. This legislation requires the laws of this state to be applied equally so as to not deny the personhood of preborn children.
