Stating findings of the House of Representatives and proposing an amendment to House Rule 24 providing for a legislative hearing if an RS or printed instrument has at least ten legislative cosponsors.

This legislation is to amend Rule 24 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, to provide for the guarantee of a hearing for any legislation that has at least ten legislative co-sponsors.
