Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the land, mineral, and grazing division, to provide for certain price comparisons, and to provide for an ombudsman.

Increase the State Endowment’s long term financial returns through added transparency and accountability in the management practices and processes employed by the Idaho Department of Lands (IDL), and to ensure appropriate capabilities to expertly manage the endowment within department staff.

Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding legal representation of the Idaho Department of Lands.
