Idaho Bills

Appropriates an additional $300,000 to the Department of Agriculture for fiscal year 2016; appropriates $40,428,500 to the Department of Agriculture for fiscal year 2017; limits the number of authorized full-time equivalent positions to 200; and provides legislative intent regarding use of the Invasive Species Fund.

Changes the fiscal year 2016 appropriation to the Department of Agriculture for a net increase of $2,014,500; and authorizes one additional position.
