Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding a certain limitation for public works projects.
This legislation increases the limit for delegation of public works projects from $150,000 to $500,000. The limit has not been increased since 1996. Delegation of projects is requested by agencies based on their in-house project management capability with approval at the discretion of the permanent building fund advisory council.

This is an FY 2021 supplemental appropriation bill for the Department of Administration for the Division of Public Works. It provides additional funding for the purchase and renovation of the Carnegie Library at 815 W. Washington St., Boise, Idaho.

Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Administration for the Bond Payments Program for fiscal year 2022.
This is the FY 2022 original appropriation bill for the Department of Administration for the Bond Payments Program. It appropriates a total of $19,363,000. The Bond Payments Program consolidates payment of the state's bonded indebtedness for the construction of buildings through the Idaho State Building Authority. The ongoing appropriation has been reduced by $414,000 to reflect reduced payments for the Department of Parks and Recreation headquarters building bond, which will be fully paid in FY 2022.

Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Administration for the Idaho State Capitol Commission for fiscal year 2022.
This is the FY 2022 original appropriation bill for the Idaho State Capitol Commission. It appropriates a total of $2,342,000 and will fund the following: $142,000 for general operating expenses, including administrative support of the commission; and $2,200,000 for statehouse maintenance projects, as needed. This bill also includes a $125,000 cash transfer from the Capitol Maintenance Reserve Fund to the Capitol Commission Operating Fund and provides reappropriation authority for both of these dedicated funds.
