Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding notice to legislative members of adopted changes to the plan.
This amendment to Idaho Code §42-1743B would direct the Idaho Board to Water Resources to notify each memberofthelegislatureofanychangestothecomprehensivestatewaterplan. Thisamendmentwillensure that any change to the state water plan is known by all legislators and the process remains transparent.
