Adds to existing law to require the Building Code Board to adopt certain International Building Code provisions allowing for the use of mass timber.
Adopts a specific section of International Building Code to allow Idaho to use mass timber in commercial and residential construction, and declares an emergency to allow prompt review by Idaho Building Code Board in response to current market conditions.
