The Bond Payments Program consolidates payment of the state's bonded indebtedness for the construction of buildings through the Idaho State Building Authority. The ongoing appropriation has been reduced by $414,000 to reflect reduced payments for the Department of Parks and Recreation headquarters building bond, which will be fully paid in FY 2022.
