Amends and adds to existing law to provide deadlines for conducting raffle drawings; to revise qualifications for Bingo-Raffle Advisory Board members; to reduce the minimum number of board meetings; to authorize approval of electronic bill payment of bingo expenses; and to provide conditions and procedures for the suspension or revocation of licenses.
