Amends existing law regarding the general powers of the board of trustees of each community college district.
Amends existing law to authorize reimbursement for county commissioner members of the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Program Board.
The purpose of this legislation is to ask the legislature to reinstate minimal travel expense reimbursement for county commissioner members of the catastrophic health care cost program board of directors. This would allow for participation in two 'in-person' board meetings per calendar year.

Appropriates an additional $92,400 to the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired for fiscal year 2016.
Appropriates an additional $92,400 to the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired for FY 2016. Of this amount, $42,400 is a one-time appropriation from the Rehabilitation Revenue and Refunds Fund for reimbursements received from the Social Security Administration for those clients who are Social Security recipients. In addition, $50,000 is appropriated from the Federal Grant Fund on an ongoing basis for increased moneys received under Title 1 of the Rehabilitation, ComprehensiveServicesandDevelopmentalDisabilitiesActforvocationalrehabilitationservices.

In this bill, the Idaho Board of Chiropractic Physicians is modernizing the language with regard to the statutory prohibition that provides chiropractors are not entitled to administer, dispense, or use legend or prescriptive drugs in their practice.

Amends existing law to revise a reference to a federal act.
Amend Chapter 23, Title 33, Idaho Code, to make necessary updates pursuant to changes in federal regulations impacting the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which governs the Idaho Division of Vocation Rehabilitation (IDVR). Specially, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, P.L. 93-112, 93rd Congress, as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), P.L. 113-128, 113th Congress.

Appropriates to the Department of Juvenile Corrections an additional $296,200 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2016; and reduces the General Fund appropriation to the Department of Juvenile Corrections by $247,000 for fiscal year 2016, for an overall net increase of $49,200 from the General Fund.
