This bill rejects a proposed Idaho Wheat Commission Rule. The Idaho Wheat Commission requested to withdraw the specific rule in Docket No. 42-0101-1601 This bill accomplishes the rejection of that specific withdrawal.

Under Article V of the U.S. Constitution, there are two methods of proposing amendments. Congress can do so and two thirds of the states may apply for a convention to propose amendments. This resolution makes Idaho's application and sets forth how the commissioners will be chosen and who is eligible to be a commissioner. It also provides that the legislature, by resolution, sets the rules under which our commissioners would operate.
Amends existing law to provide for electronic or online filing and publishing of campaign reports and to provide an exception.
This bill relates to sunshine filings. Under the duties of the Secretary of State, this bill would require the filing of all reports to county clerks, city clerks, and clerks of special districts to be in an electronic format, reports to the Secretary of State to be filed online, and give the receiving official the discretion to grant hardship waivers from the requirement.

The purpose of this legislation is to enable the Legislative Council to empower an interim committee to conduct further review of the foster care system in Idaho.

ThisresolutionaskstheDepartmentofLandstoproduceanannualreportdetailingthemanagedusesofstate endowment lands including, both location and quantity. Additionally, the report should detail the locations and quantity of inaccessible lands. The report will be due no later than January 1st each year, making the first report due January 1, 2018.

This concurrent resolution would address a critical need to provide office space for state agencies, including, theIdahoStateTaxCommissionandgivealong-termalternativetothirdpartyleasingbyprovidingauthority for the Department of Administration to enter into agreements with the Idaho State Building Authority to finance the purchase of property to serve as a state office complex while maintaining HP, Inc.'s presence in the Treasure Valley.

This concurrent resolution honors the work and achievements of Idaho native, Kristin Armstrong, professional cyclist and three-time Olympic Gold Medalist.

Stating findings of the Legislature and authorizing the Legislative Council to appoint a committee to undertake and complete a study regarding an annual registration fee and an operating fee by weight class based on the total miles the owner operated such vehicle on roads and highways in Idaho.
In 2015, the Idaho Legislature passed House Bill 312 with the intent to study the legislature imposing all commercial vehicles and farm equipment exceeding 60,000 pounds with an annual registration fee; in addition, imposing a quarterly operating fee based on weight class for all miles driven on Idaho roadways. ThisConcurrentResolutionauthorizestheLegislativeCounciltoappointaninterim-committeetoundertake and complete that study.
