DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION- Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Correction for fiscal year 2023.

This is an FY 2023 supplemental appropriation to the Idaho Department of Correction. The Department of Correction received an appropriation to pay off the lease for its correctional alternative placement facility last fiscal year and an ongoing reduction to the budget for the lease payment. The lease payment was reduced from the incorrect expense class and this bill makes the correction to align the appropriation in the correct expense class.
