This legislation adds the term "imminent danger" as a clarifying condition for policing agencies to take someone into custody if there is reason to believe they have a neurocognitive disorder and they present an imminent danger to themselves or others.

There is no impact on the General Fund since this legislation is merely adding a term to the law to make it more clear for policing agencies.
