Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise and establish provisions regarding the duties of county coroners.

This legislation has no fiscal impact on the General Fund, nor does it impact any local governments. It simply creates standards and definitions, and any training listed in those standards are already a part of the Idaho State Association of County Coroner's own funds collected through fees on death certificates
