STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation will improve and streamline the practice of psychology in the State of Idaho by removing unnecessary barriers, deleting obsolete and redundant language, and by making other important changes.
FISCAL NOTE

This legislation will not have an impact on the State’s General Fund because all funding to regulate the practice of psychology is paid by the licensees through licensing fees and fines. In addition, licensing fees will not need to be increased to implement these changes.
