This legislation modifies the Idaho Terrorist Control Act to define domestic terrorism and redefine terrorism. This legislation would prevent an Idahoan from being labeled a domestic terrorist in Idaho without constitutionality protected due process.
FISCAL NOTE

This legislation will not impact the General Fund because it only changes certain criminal definitions under Idaho law. This legislation causes no increase or decrease in revenue, or additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government; therefore, this legislation has no fiscal impact.
