Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding publication of proceedings.

Currently, Ada County spends $1,000 to $1,500 per month, while Canyon County spends about $250 per month, on preparation and publication in the newspaper of the brief summary of the acts and proceedings of the board of county commissioners. Adoption of this bill will eliminate the requirement to produce and publish the summary, thus, saving both staff time and property tax dollars.
