This proposed legislation prohibits the inclusion of logos, mottos, or slogans in the executive budget document, except for the state seal and the governor's official logo.

The proposed legislation will have no fiscal impact to the general fund, or any other state fund or local governments because it doesn't change any current policy. No administrative rules will be promulgated.
