This legislation would allow government entities to only display certain types of flags.
FISCAL NOTE

The proposed amendment will have no fiscal impact to the general fund, any other state fund or local governments because it only sets standards and does not change any major operations of government. Administrative rules directing the proper protocol for the location and display of flags flown will remain with the division of veterans services.
